"There's a group of street boys running around in a gang of 20-50 who come running & rob on their way...They appear from nowhere snatch bags, phones from pedestrians & motorists & in a flash are gone...So when you see them don't think they are a group jogging down in your direction, find an escape route if you can, they are quite ruthless"
